TRIKONASANA – TRIANGULAR POSE

PROCEDURE – Stand erect with legs apart, arms stretched to shoulder level , turning right foot toward right side and keeping right palm beside it by bending side and gazing at fingers of other hand.

1 st stand straight with both arms open
2 nd Go down to touch feet left side and hold for 20-30 sec.
3 rd step came back to 1 st position.
4 th Go down to right side and touch the feet and hold for 20-30 sec.

  • Remove stiffness of legs and hip.
  • Strengthens ankles.
  • Effective in lossen side fat.
  • Tones Neck Muscles.

  • Backache
  • Sprain
  • 2nd Trimester of Pregnancy

  • Hypertension ( High Blood pressure)
  • Slipped Disc
  • Pain in the Back
  • Sciatica
